What these nutrients do

Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

How to take it

Assess tolerance by taking one capsule for at least three days. Then up to two capsules daily — in the morning or before training. Avoid after 3pm.

Caffeine warning

Contains 100mg caffeine per serving. Not suitable for people sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with other caffeinated products.

How much caffeine is in a serving?

100mg per two-capsule serving — roughly the same as a standard cup of coffee. Count it towards your daily total.

When should I take it?

Morning or pre-workout. Avoid taking it after 3pm, as caffeine can affect sleep.

Can I take it with coffee or a pre-workout?

We would not recommend it. Stacking caffeine sources makes it easy to overshoot, and the effects are unpleasant.

Is it vegan?

Yes. All ingredients are plant-derived and the capsule shell is plant-based HPMC.

Can I take it on an empty stomach?

You can, but caffeine on an empty stomach is more noticeable. With food is gentler if you are new to it.

Who should not take it?

Not suitable for under-18s, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone with heart conditions, high blood pressure, anxiety disorders or sensitivity to stimulants. If you take medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use.

Can I take it alongside your other products?

Yes, though be mindful of total caffeine. It contains no magnesium, collagen or enzymes, so there is no overlap with the rest of the range.

Does the pouch fit through a letterbox?

Yes. Our pouches fit standard UK letterboxes.
