• Seals unbroken
• Contained securely in their original pristine UV-insulated pouch packaging

Strict Hygiene & Safety Protections

As an authorized food business operating under strict Environmental Health and local council regulations, we cannot accept returns on products where:

• The external security tab has been breached
• The pouch has been opened

We enforce these boundaries rigidly to guarantee absolute biological safety and batch purity metrics for our entire global customer base.

Return Shipping Management

Customers maintain financial responsibility for return freight costs to our dedicated processing facility, unless an item is officially verified as:

• Transit-damaged
• Technically defective upon receipt

We strongly advise utilizing a tracked courier service class.

The Element Co. cannot assume fiscal liability or execute reversals for items lost or damaged during return transit lines.

Financial Reimbursement Pipeline

Upon inbound package receipt and subsequent quality-assurance verification clearance by our warehouse team, an automated confirmation will be transmitted to your email.

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original funding mechanism:

Refund processing is completed within 5 to 7 operational bank processing days.
