What these nutrients do

How to mix it

One 6.5g scoop into 500ml of water. Stir or shake well and drink once mixed. One serving per day.

500ml per scoop. Less water makes it taste sharper; more dilutes the flavour without changing what you get.

Can I drink electrolytes every day?

For most healthy adults, one serving a day is fine. Whether you need them daily depends on how much you sweat — long or hot training sessions and physical work increase losses, while a desk job in mild weather generally does not.

Does it contain sugar?
