REFUND POLICY

30-day money-back guarantee

Try any product in our range for 30 days. If it isn't for you, email contact@theelementco.co.uk with your order number and we'll refund you — even if the pouch has been opened.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@theelementco.co.uk within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
  2. We'll reply with the return address.
  3. Once the item reaches us, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 working days.

Conditions

  • The 30 days run from the date your order is delivered.
  • Opened pouches are accepted — we'd rather you actually tried it.
  • One guarantee claim per customer.
  • Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, and cover postage both ways.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order for any reason. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

UK delivery

  • Free UK delivery on every order — 2-4 working days, no minimum spend
  • Express UK delivery — £6.99, 1-2 working days

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail with tracking. Our pouches are designed to fit standard UK letterboxes, so you don't usually need to be in to receive them.

International delivery

  • European Union — £14.99
  • Rest of world — £23.99

International delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.

If your order hasn't arrived

Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us, as Royal Mail occasionally runs late. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 working days, email contact@theelementco.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always help where we can.

By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. Our products are food supplements intended for adults.

Products and pricing

We aim to display our products and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices, and discontinue products at any time. Where a pricing error is obvious, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order, not when you place it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, payment is declined, or we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full if we do.

Product information

Our products are food supplements. They are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this site is general in nature and is not medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your GP or pharmacist before use.

Always read the label and do not exceed the stated daily intake.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, branding and design — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies.
