How it works

1. Email contact@theelementco.co.uk within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
2. We'll confirm by return and tell you where to send the item.
3. Once it reaches us, we'll refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

The details

• The guarantee runs for 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
• It applies to opened pouches as well as unopened ones — we'd rather you actually tried the product.
• One guarantee claim per customer.
• Return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Email us with a photo and we'll sort it — replacement or refund, your choice, and we'll cover the postage both ways.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee sits alongside your legal rights and doesn't replace them. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
